The overall eProcessor architecture is shown above and includes the following Advanced Hardware Modules:

- Bioinformatics extensions for the VPU
- AI extensions for the VPU – Hybrid vector-systolic array architecture- Low Precision Integer Extensions- FPU8 Floating point unit
- Rvooo – Out-of-Order Processor Core
- Network – on – chip (NoC)
- Runtime Configurable L2 Cache / Scratchpad
- RISC-V IOMMU* eProcessor CoM microserver
